To cancel your CAT account, log in, go to My Account (available from the upper right navigation links or the large tile on the home page). On the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you wish to cancel and click the Cancel button.
You may cancel your plan at any time during the billing period but you will retain access to CAT and your data until the billing period ends.
Note: Because block plans are not subscription-based and there is no billing unless you purchase another, there is no need to cancel a block plan.
